Colin is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. He was always available to answer questions, explain the process, and help ease any concerns along the way. Being self-employed and first time homebuyers, purchasing felt intimidating - however, Colin made the process accessible and realistic. In addition to his exceptional communication, Colin is also very prompt with paperwork and locked us in to a rate that both our real estate agent and attorney could not believe! He was able to get us a rate that was much lower than what they were seeing homes close on around our same timeframe.
