Colin's support and guidance through the purchasing process was beyond even our highest expectations. Colin was generous with his time throughout the process and answered all of our questions. Being self-employed and first time homebuyers, purchasing felt intimidating - however, Colin made the process accessible and realistic. In addition to his exceptional communication, Colin is also very prompt with paperwork and locked us in to a rate that both our real estate agent and attorney could not believe! He was able to get us a rate that was much lower than what they were seeing homes close on around our same timeframe. Colin gets our highest recommendation and we'd be thrilled to use his services again in the future!

I just closed on my first house with Colin. I can't say enough good things about my experience with his company. I received a first time home buyer discount on the interest rate and closing costs. His rate was .25% lower than the next best quote and a full 1% lower than a quote I got from Chase Bank. He also helped us get the lowest homeowners insurance premium too.

He explained that he could broker some commercial mortgages and how commercial mortgages are different on different types of properties. Colin treated me with respect and patience and I felt a deep sense of trust that he was both a total pro and a kind person which put me at ease. I've worked with Colin on multiple Mortgages and Refinances. I'm pretty agnostic to who sells me my mortgage as at the end of the day its my burden so i just want the best I can get. Every time I did one I performed my own research Colin was able to meet or beat it. In one case he even explicitly told me to take another deal that he couldn't beat (albeit that purchase didn't come to fruition so i never did). He is extremely knowledgeable, approachable, patient, and thorough. Additionally he's excellent at timely communication via email, phone, or text. I don't jump into things i don't fully understand and he took the time to get me up to speed and help me achieve a robust understanding of mortgages beyond my own research. His excellent service, personality, and competitive offerings brought me back to him multiple times as well as referring everyone I know to him. I think all of my referrals ended up following through as well. I trust that whatever their level of knowledge is of the process that they will be in good hands with him. I've got nothing but good things to say about all of my experiences working with him. While I'll always do my own research and survey the current market, he is always the first one that i will contact and honestly expect I wont need to go any further.
