I've worked with Colin on multiple Mortgages and Refinances. I'm pretty agnostic to who sells me my mortgage as at the end of the day its my burden so i just want the best I can get. Every time I did one I performed my own research Colin was able to meet or beat it. In one case he even explicitly told me to take another deal that he couldn't beat (albeit that purchase didn't come to fruition so i never did).
